Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, clean energy, Web3)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFCS, WFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
