Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to create a 5-year strategic vision for AI integration across all product lines.
- Architect Agentic Systems: Lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies (LLMs, Neural Networks, Quantum Computing interfaces) and prototype solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
