Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions
- Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into competitive product strategies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen AI systems (quantum computing integration, neural networks)
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development and responsible innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience scaling AI teams across distributed environments
- Published research or patents in AI/ML (preferred)
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
