Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 AI strategic roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (AGI, quantum-AI fusion, neuro-symbolic systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate disruptive AI startups into our ecosystem
- Present future-state AI scenarios to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment standards
- Drive innovation through annual 'Future Hackathons' focused on 5-year AI horizons
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global AI summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 8+ years in advanced AI research or strategy
- Proven track record developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing, and cognitive AI systems
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or emerging tech (NeurIPS, Nature AI, etc.)

- Certified in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7001, EU AI Act compliance)
