Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment scenarios

- Design audit protocols for autonomous systems' ethical compliance
- Produce thought leadership on AI ethics through white papers and public speaking
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles into AI development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update governance strategies quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or responsible tech governance
- Expertise in bias detection, explainable AI (XAI), and algorithmic fairness
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record influencing technology policy at organizational or governmental level
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning for 5-10 year technological futures
