Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems deployed in 2026
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines using advanced statistical methods

- Lead stakeholder engagements to establish transparent AI governance protocols
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and deepfake technologies

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 3+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation techniques, and algorithmic accountability frameworks
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and statistical analysis tools
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global AI regulations
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Experience leading cross-functional ethical AI implementation projects
- Certification in Responsible AI or equivalent professional designation
