Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years of AI research experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias, explainable AI, or autonomous system ethics
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and policy development
- Proven track record of leading high-impact research teams in tech or academia
