Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with global stakeholders
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations
- Publicly represent company positions on AI ethics at industry forums
- Research cutting-edge ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI governance frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical decision-making in tech environments
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI solutions in production systems
