- Train engineering teams in ethical AI development practices and responsible data handling
- Establish stakeholder advisory boards with diverse community representation
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks (autonomous systems, deepfakes)
- Publish whitepapers on AI ethics standards for industry adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 7+ years in AI governance or responsible AI development at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated policy impact in regulatory bodies
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML model interpretability tools
- Experience with international AI ethics standards bodies (e.g., IEEE, OECD)
