Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core neural network frameworks required for 2026 autonomous operations.
- Lead a team of brilliant engineers in translating high-level AI concepts into production-ready code.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring scalability and security for future iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional units to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on quantum AI and edge computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
