Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software architectures that align with future technological trends, including AI and quantum computing readiness.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for our core platforms, ensuring they remain competitive and robust through 2026 and beyond.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high-level coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across all engineering teams.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance, ensuring zero downtime and sub-millisecond latency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with product management to deliver high-impact features.
- Future Tech Integration: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, advanced edge computing) to integrate them into our existing stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in low-level systems programming.
- AI & Machine Learning: Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments and understanding of MLOps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
