Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry into company CRM and administrative systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar coordination for multiple departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with basic office tasks including filing, photocopying, and document management
- Support administrative staff with ad-hoc projects and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- Proven data entry skills with high accuracy (minimum 45 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
