Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, screening for urgency and routing to the appropriate department.
- Check patients in and out, verifying insurance information and collecting payments accurately.
- Update patient records and manage appointment scheduling systems to ensure minimal wait times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area for all visitors.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including filing and data entry, as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance is mandatory for weekend shifts.
