Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence during weekend shifts
- Greeter all visitors with professionalism and provide directional assistance
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and common spaces
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic office equipment logistics
- Assist with weekend document preparation and basic clerical tasks
- Support administrative staff with weekend project overflow as needed
- Adhere to company security protocols for weekend access control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-hour shifts)
