The Role
As our Weekend Receptionist, you will be the face of our company during our busiest time. You will manage the front desk operations, ensuring our clients and visitors feel valued and attended to from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Coordinate weekend meeting room schedules and logistics.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors about the company.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
