Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations including visitor check-in, call routing, and mail distribution
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain conference room schedules
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document processing and basic data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and building tenants
- Monitor building access systems and security protocols
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain a pristine reception area environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
