Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure a positive first impression.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Coordinate with the weekend team to ensure seamless office operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide directions or information as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and multi-line phone systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
