Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Greet all guests and visitors professionally, answering any initial questions.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful tone.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general office administration, including filing and data entry.
- Assist with basic scheduling and calendar maintenance for weekend staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
