Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes with precision.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer databases, filing systems, and contact information.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with directions, answer questions about our services, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Scheduling: Support weekend scheduling needs and coordinate with other departments as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
