Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greeting and assistance to all guests and visitors
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call etiquette
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and scheduling logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and functionality
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or reception role
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
