Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees, managing the front desk operations seamlessly.
- Data Entry & Administration: Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential information in our databases and filing systems with high attention to detail.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route them appropriately, and take detailed messages.
- Mail & Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed to keep the workspace fully stocked.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up meeting rooms and logistics for weekend events or conferences.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar front-desk role.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certificate in Business Administration is a plus.
