Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for quick retrieval.
- Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately to the correct department.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure continuity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or general data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
