Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sort, scan, and file incoming correspondence and documents efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar for the weekend operations.
- Assist with light administrative duties, such as mail processing and supply management.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for all guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably with weekend availability.
- Proficient in typing (minimum 40 WPM) and data entry accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
