- Coordinate package/mail handling and distribution
- Maintain conference room schedules and booking systems
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks using MS Office Suite
- Support office operations by managing inventory orders
- Handle confidential client information with discretion
- Collaborate with weekend security team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years receptionist/front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and polished etiquette
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners)
