Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Greet and check in guests, vendors, and clients with a smile.
- Coordinate weekend appointments and maintain the reception calendar.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
