Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Process visitor badges and maintain access control logs
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering services
- Support basic administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend emergency escalations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
