Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and professionally route all incoming calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional hospitality, ensuring positive first impressions
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and maintain conference room reservations
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with office supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for all client and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience in professional setting
