Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, welcoming guests and directing visitors efficiently.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and mail with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the reception area and common workspaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Support other staff members with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
