Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strict focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and basic equipment.
- Support the administrative team with special projects and data analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; post-secondary education in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
