Responsibilities
- Greet and Direct: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls and emails, screening messages and responding to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry tasks, prepare reports, and assist in organizing physical and digital files.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and coordinate reorders to ensure the office is fully stocked.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up and breaking down for weekend meetings or events as required.
- General Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment during your shift.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle basic inquiries from service vendors or delivery personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.

- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
