- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports and assist with inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a local business setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
