Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and fax messages with a professional and courteous tone.
- Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation using advanced software.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend appointments and meetings for department heads.
- Maintain the physical and digital office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Generate weekly reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role (weekend availability is mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
