Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Process high volumes of documents, invoices, and customer information into our CRM and database systems with 100% accuracy.
- Record Management: Organize, digitize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming emails, answer the weekend hotline, and assist with basic scheduling tasks.
- Reporting: Generate weekly data reports and identify discrepancies for the Monday morning review.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Full-time or Part-time weekends).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database software.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing speed (40+ WPM preferred).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data quality.
