Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for department heads.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and basic correspondence.
- Coordinate weekend meetings and prepare necessary materials in advance.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
