Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Oversee the daily management of the office, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a tidy workspace, and managing the reception area.
- Communication Management: Screen and direct phone calls, manage emails, and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, file management, and record keeping to ensure all administrative records are up to date and accessible.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements for weekend staff.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies, place orders when necessary, and manage petty cash and vendor relationships.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing basic reports and compiling statistical data for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
