- Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple departments
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% accuracy and compliance standards
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
- Provide seamless onboarding support for weekend visitors and contractors
- Assist with special projects including data analysis and presentation creation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
