Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence during weekend shifts
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics for executive team
- Prepare and distribute essential documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Process expense reports and assist with financial documentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding and records management
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend vendors and service providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
