Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including mail processing, document filing, and office supply inventory
- Coordinate calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for department staff
- Handle incoming communications via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite
