Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence during weekend hours.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend appointments, meetings, and special events.
- Prepare reports, expense reports, and general documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors visiting the office.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday).
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
