Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and manage email correspondence
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping
- Analyze and maintain financial records, expense reports, and budget tracking
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in corporate environments
