- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and report generation
- Assist with office supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Support staff with travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
