Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and administrative systems
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Support billing and invoicing reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
