Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases by entering data and updating files as required.
- Office Organization: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Customer Assistance: Assist employees and visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
