Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate meeting schedules and calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Perform data entry, document filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding new employees and orientation procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and security protocols at reception area

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
