Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, message taking, and visitor registration
- Coordinate office-wide meetings and calendar management for executive team
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Assist with new employee onboarding including badge preparation and workspace setup
- Maintain professional appearance of reception area and common spaces
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning, filing, and data entry
- Collaborate with Georgia office staff on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/front desk experience in professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including occasional evenings
