Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the reception area.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc administrative support and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or certificate in Office Administration is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
