Responsibilities

- Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
