- Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and prepare documents for distribution.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects, event planning, and reporting.
- Process invoices and expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
