Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, route messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Manage the front desk calendar, schedule appointments, and handle mail distribution.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of visitors and update client databases.
- Office Operations: Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
