- Prepare and organize physical and digital files for efficient retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for department managers.
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
- Support the office team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks, including report generation and correspondence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in office administration preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy (98%+).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
